Amazing villa, which gives off old-aesthetic vibe! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The caretaker was polite, and he even turned on the ACs of the rooms beforehand to make the rooms cool before we arrive. The pool was also very clean! The kitchen was also fully equipped with utensils and other cutlery. Also, the villa was pet friends. We had two dogs, and they had enough space to roam around, which we loved the most! We had a great time here! Definitely will rebook this villa for our next trip

Had an amazing stay at 29 Bungalow Lemon Tree Vill with my family. We stayed for 2 days and had a very comfortable stay. The caretaker Mr.Ram was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were vlean and hygienic, the pool too is good. They have a Barbecue set too. Overall had a lovely stay. Would recommend others to stay.

We visited the villa with friends and family on weekend. Beautiful villa with clean surroundings and hygiene well maintained. The quality and quantity of food was tasty and fresh, quite enough for everyone of us. Ram mama is a gem of person with always a smile on his face taking proper care of every small thing that we needed. Would love to visit here again.

We visited this villa on Saturday and the first thing noticeable is that the property is 30-40 years old and looks its age. The only good point about the property is it is very spacious with 4 big bedrooms and big living room with additional beddings available which can easily accomadate 15-20 people. We were charged 25000/- with meal (2 snack meals and 2 full meals) for 8 people for a nights stay. The caretaker assigned to you on the propert y is only available for a couple or on-call as he has around 15 properties to manage hence the service is very poor. The pool is compartively small with maximum height of 4 feet. Also please note there isnt any pool tub for kids available like shown in pictures so please carry your pool things along with you. Food was average with quantity enough for light eating people and was always bought late. Would personally recommend to explore neighboring restaurants for better food quality and variety of choices at a cheaper rate. There is just a carrom table for amenities sake, so please carry board games, cards etc. The TV and dish is not recharged with channels which I belive is to save cost. The person with whom you co-ordinate to book the villa doesnt respond to your calls after you have made the full payment. Taking all these points into consideration this villa can be easily avoided as it is very old with poor service and not worth the price that they are charging.

The Aradhana bungalow was well maintained and comfortable. The cleaning was done at regular checks. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool was clean. Only thing is that there was no provision for drinking water and we had to source for it from outside which we had to pay for. (The staff got it for us). I've seen in a previous review of last week that the water concern was mentioned and nothing was done about it. If so I strongly feel that the service and cost should be borne by the agency. Drinking Water is important and needs to taken care of. The staff were helpful. Good for large families or groups. Overall we had an enjoyable and pleasant stay.

Overall the property was really really very good n it's worth staying here. I would hav given 4 stars but I'll just give 4 stars for the property. However the management is extremely unprofessional..I had done the booking of another villa from agoda under there property. I also received a confirmation receipt from Agoda and was informed to pay directly there. Just a day prior of our trip I get to know it has been given to someone else, that too I learnt from them because I called to confirm my stay with them... They didn't even had courinform us..Imagine if we would have directly reached thr property. That's when they offered us thr second villa. Also they are very veryyy pushy n literally sit on ur head to confirm, to pay money, to make booking for food, even for giving ratings here... Totally money minded...they told me u cn check the property rates of the villa we are offering it's expensive than we are offering..as if it's my fault that they allocated earlier property to someone else. So here's my review breakdown: Property: 4* Care taker: 3.5* Value for money(for what we paid): 4* Food quality: 3.5* Proximity to market: 4* Management: 2* Overall: 3- 3.5*

We are 12 people visited at this place the property is amazing,clean and well maintained rooms are very spacious parking space is huge kitchen is equipped with the necessity pool was excellent care taker was very good polite and very helping.if you are looking for a aesthetically luxurious property u can go for it.

Had visited this property with my friends of 12 ppl.. Very Good property.. Clean, Good swimming pool... Food quantity and quantity was excellent.. Service providers Rashid and Ram mama needs special mention for adhering for our demands. Thank you Pushpa madam for arranging everything needed. Had a memorable birthday party a a great location.
